Privacy policy.

Last updated: May 2026. Plain-English summary; the binding text is in your project NDA and master services agreement.

What we collect

  • Project data you provide: licence polygons, prior reports, drillhole assays, geophysical surveys.
  • Contact data from enquiries: name, company, email, the brief you send us.
  • Anonymous traffic data from our hosting provider (no analytics scripts, no third-party trackers, no cookies).

What we do with it

  • Run the Strataprobe pipeline on your AOI and produce the deliverables agreed in the SOW.
  • Reply to your enquiry. That's it — no newsletter, no marketing automation.

What we never do

  • Re-share your licence coordinates, results, or drilling outcomes with anyone outside your authorised team.
  • Use your project data to train models for other clients without explicit, written permission.
  • Sell, rent or trade contact information.

Retention

Active project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days of grace for re-runs. After that, raw inputs and intermediate rasters are deleted. Deliverables (PDF, GeoTIFF, GeoJSON) remain available to you on request and are removed from our systems on written instruction.
